Job Title: Receptionist

Reliant Capital Solutions is a leading accounts receivable management company headquartered in Gahanna, Ohio. We partner with clients in various industries to manage their accounts receivable and help recover money to support their bottom line.

Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, notifying appropriate company personnel of visitor arrival, and transferring incoming calls. Additionally, the Receptionist will ensure office supplies are ordered and work with various groups, including the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Client Services, HR, Accounting, Facilities, and Collection Managers.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests in person or by telephone.
  • Manage and review letter files with our vendor(s).
  • Check invoices for accuracy.
  • Answer inbound calls and route to appropriate department.
  • Check-in all visitors, including applicants, vendors, contractors, and employees.
  • Lock and unlock building entrances daily.
  • Make trips to the Post Office, Bank, and other errands.
  • Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office and distribute to proper personnel.
  • Responsible for ordering office and janitorial supplies.
  • File folders and other office materials accurately.
  • Coordinate interviews for department managers, including printing of resumes for each manager, checking in applicants, and giving them background check and other testing information.
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High School or GED required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Basic data-entry skills.
  • A firm understanding of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
