Job Title: Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Shaner Hotel Group. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to hotel standards.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest stays, including room assignments, check-in and check-out times, and any special requests or issues.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front desk operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of front office management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
  • High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
