Front Desk Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hyatt Place Columbus/OSU. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk, including guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, and key control.
  • Provide information to guests and visitors, and coordinate special requests and services.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation and service, including operating the POS system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including the front desk area and surrounding spaces.
  • Follow Hyatt Place operational policies and procedures to ensure exceptional guest service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong command of the English language, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with constant guest interaction.
  • Must be able to multi-task and lift moderate weight (up to 20 lbs).
  • Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Customer service experience preferred, preferably in a hotel or related field.
