Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Residence Inn Columbus. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest requests, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping department to ensure rooms are ready for guests and to resolve any issues related to room status.
  • Perform other tasks as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
