Business Development Manager

As a Business Manager at Acosta, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing market share in a defined marketing area. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to achieve sales and profit goals for our manufacturers and Acosta.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to increase market share and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track-record in sales and marketing, preferably with a food broker or national company.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to analyze sales and marketing information to make effective business decisions.
- Proficient in a variety of software packages used to support sales and marketing functions.
