As a Business Manager at Acosta, you will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth for our clients in a defined marketing area. Your primary focus will be on increasing brand presence and profitability for our manufacturers and Acosta.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate client market visits and key account calls to deliver in-store presence and business objectives.

• Communicate client priorities to Retail Sales Organization to ensure seamless execution.

• Develop and present Acosta's introduction to new clients, showcasing our value proposition.

• Provide feedback on client strategies, selling programs, and initiatives to drive improvement.

• Maintain current account distribution information to ensure accurate sales data.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

• Proven track record in sales, preferably with a food broker or national company.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Ability to analyze sales and marketing information to make effective sales presentations.

• Proficient in various software packages used to support the sales function.

• Willingness to travel.
