Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Review key information about our productions and programs to answer questions from ushers and guests.
  • Assist with evacuation and emergency procedures, prioritizing the safety of our guests, ushers, and staff.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including the theater, lobby, restrooms, and gift shop.
  • Restock and replenish the gift shop, ensuring that it is ready for the public.
  • Scan guest tickets and troubleshoot Assisted Listening Devices to ensure they are in working order.
  • Provide information and answer guest questions, communicating feedback to the House Manager.
  • Assist with seating late patrons and provide assistance with access and ADA compliance.
  • Complete and submit necessary close of shift reports, including gift shop close out.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
  • Experience working in customer service, ideally in special events or the performing arts.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office products in a PC environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy and sometimes stressful work environment.
