Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Part-time Client Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Client Care Specialist plays a crucial role in the daily operations of our client environment. This position involves extensive collaboration with clinical staff, nursing teams, hospitality, case management, and other caregivers to ensure the highest quality of care and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily census reports and oversee ongoing improvements related to client tracking.
- Provide timely and accurate information to department heads regarding client and operational needs.
- Collaborate with case management to facilitate admissions and discharges effectively.
- Analyze patient outcome and satisfaction data to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure all electronic health records are maintained accurately and in compliance.
- Utilize software systems for patient admissions, discharges, and appointment scheduling.
- Develop efficient workflows and systems within the clinic.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for clinical processes and policies.

Client Interaction and Environment Management:
- Foster strong relationships with clients to create a safe and supportive atmosphere.
- Encourage client participation in daily programming and activities.
- Redirect clients as necessary to adhere to program expectations.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with program rules.
- Intervene in crisis situations, collaborating with the treatment team to promote conflict resolution and emotional regulation.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree in Social or Human Services preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical or hospitality settings with direct client care.
- Proficient in electronic medical records systems, particularly KIPU.
- Strong time-management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing situations.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Regular mobility including standing, walking, and bending.
