Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to assist with appointment scheduling, patient communication, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a firm grasp of medical practices, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling and greet them in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, collect co-pays and payments, and enter them into the practice management system.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed, including updating patient records and ensuring all forms and consents are completed.
  • Check patients in and out, complete updates to patient information and insurance, and handle initial billing processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties.
  • Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
