Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will partner with business leaders to execute strategic business initiatives and drive business results. Your expertise in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee experience will be instrumental in shaping our organization's future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to employees and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and policies.
  • Partner with HR Shared Services and Centers of Excellence to deliver HR services, including employee inquiries and issues resolution.
  • Support business process improvement initiatives and participate in related teams and projects.
  • Promote and support Amcor's health and wellness initiatives, driving employee engagement and well-being.
  • Provide administrative support and coaching for Performance Management processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Develop and execute HRIS/payroll transactions, providing standard reports and ad-hoc analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Drive employee engagement through administration support and leadership for engagement surveys, focus groups, and action planning.
  • Perform assigned talent acquisition and onboarding duties, including sourcing, recruitment, and selection.
  • Support and coordinate employee development programs and activities, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Lead the execution of HR projects and business initiatives, driving results and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and lead less experienced HR team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and succession planning.
  • Execute against assigned items on the HR Roadmap, driving employee relations, engagement, core values, and talent management initiatives.
  • Develop and execute simple, repeatable processes for completion of HR work streams related to employee transactions and HR processes.
  • Partner with Corp HR partners to develop and implement HR process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proactively analyze data to drive business decisions and results, ensuring a data-driven approach to HR.
  • Execute annual objectives, driving results and continuous improvement.
  • Critically think and analyze situations to implement new measures, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans, driving business results and growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field required
  • 5+ years of related HR experience; previous project management skills preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday and/or Kronos
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • WCOM Foundations training or similar business process improvement training
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • Strong in labor relations skill or the ability to drive a union-free culture
  • Demonstrated Project Management & Project Leadership experience
