- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of experience in human resources or a related field, emphasizing recruitment.
- Proficient in utilizing technology for talent acquisition.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical HR practices.
- Knowledge of relevant federal and state employment regulations.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
- Proven ability to build trust and rapport with employees across all levels.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with HR management systems.
- Relevant certifications such as SPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP.
- Interest or background in the aviation industry.
This role typically operates in an office environment, requiring occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. Some event preparations may necessitate lifting up to 50 pounds and extended periods of standing or walking.
