Position Overview

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a dedicated Center Operations Leader to enhance our team. We are redefining the radiology landscape by emphasizing its pivotal role in accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. Join us in our mission to illuminate the path to better health. As a Center Operations Leader, you will oversee all operational facets of our centers within the designated market. Your operational duties will encompass strategic planning, personnel management, budget oversight, collaboration with partners, nurturing relationships with referral sources, and continuous customer service excellence. This role is crucial in achieving quality and operational benchmarks, including efficiency, productivity, and cost management.

This is a full-time role with a standard work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

(40%) Center Operations
  • Maintain a visible presence at centers to gauge morale and workload
  • Foster strong relationships with the center's clientele through exceptional service
  • Coordinate physician coverage for all necessary studies
  • Collaborate with Radiologists to ensure up-to-date protocol manuals for all imaging modalities
  • Work alongside sales teams, patients, and referral offices to ensure satisfaction
  • Participate in sales meetings, providing operational insights
  • Identify potential payor relationship opportunities in the market
  • Monitor payor referral trends
  • Engage with Medical Directors and administrative staff to promote teamwork and efficient operations
  • Implement quality programs and meet or exceed key performance indicators in patient and referral service
  • Ensure a safe environment for all center associates and patients
  • Assist the Marketing department in developing promotional materials for the market
  • Guarantee compliance with all relevant regulations
(30%) Staff Management
  • Oversee and support the training of new staff and supervisors
  • Manage performance evaluations and development plans for team members
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and individual discussions
  • Facilitate ongoing education and training for technologists and nursing staff
  • Ensure compliance with continuing education requirements for all staff
  • Implement effective retention strategies to maintain staff
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration among all associates
(25%) Center Planning
  • Design and implement programs, objectives, and policies to ensure quality care and operational soundness
  • Develop and manage the center's budget, making informed financial recommendations
  • Monitor service performance and profitability
  • Provide timely updates to management and staff regarding center and personnel performance
(5%) Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Required:
  • Associate's degree
  • 5 years of experience in a technical or radiology role
  • 3-5 years of management experience with direct reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2-3 years of marketing and sales experience in a healthcare environment
