Role Overview: As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while overseeing all unit functions during your shift. You will:
- Collaborate with management to direct, monitor, and assess nursing care in line with established protocols.
- Serve as a resource for staff, embodying the organization's vision and values to enhance patient experiences and clinical outcomes.
- Facilitate admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow and care quality.
- Engage in ongoing evaluations of patient care services in partnership with management.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving staff engagement and operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of new nursing staff.
- Assist in staff scheduling and manage labor resources according to patient care requirements.
- Oversee inventory management and supply control.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
