Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources (HR) Operations Leader with over 7 years of experience to oversee and manage the daily functions of the HR department. This role includes responsibilities such as talent acquisition, compensation management, benefits administration, and the enforcement of company policies within a new business environment. The HR Operations Leader will work closely with the management team to align HR strategies with the organization's overarching goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Development: Formulate and maintain HR strategies encompassing recruitment, training, compensation, and employee retention based on comprehensive market analysis.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process by interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure that job descriptions are current and adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Training and Development: Create and implement training materials and performance management programs to clarify job responsibilities for employees.
  • Daily Operations Oversight: Supervise the daily activities of the HR department and provide timely performance evaluations.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address employee issues and conflicts, facilitating resolutions in accordance with company policies.
  • Performance Management: Utilize performance management tools to guide and support team members.
  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure consistent application of all HR policies across the organization.
  • Organizational Maintenance: Maintain updated company organization charts and employee directories.
  • HR Systems Management: Oversee HR systems and processes, conducting performance and salary reviews.
  • Support HR Staff: Provide guidance and support to HR personnel.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Ability to quickly learn the organization's HR policies and management systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.
Education & Experience
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development.
  • A minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience in HR roles.
  • Preferred specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and safety.
