Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the company's business
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesale insurance brokers
- Assist with event planning and marketing initiatives
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to reach existing and prospective customers
- Assist with the development of a comprehensive marketing plan to facilitate business growth initiatives
- Analyze market trends to evaluate and implement strategic plans to meet organizational goals
- Work with the RSUM team to develop and enhance wholesale broker relationships
- Assist with customer complaints and problem-solving
- 2+ years of experience in insurance, business development, insurance sales, or marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Business
- Available to travel up to 30%
- Strong computer/technology/systems skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision
- Critical attention to details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
