About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinic RN to join our team at Providence Service. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care environment, utilizing your expertise to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered upon hire.
  • 18 months professional nursing experience.
