Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse - Infusion Specialist with Option Care Enterprises, Inc., you will play a critical role in coordinating and providing direct patient care to patients in the home or in an alternate infusion suite. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure patient safety and continuity of care, working closely with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care to patients in the home or in an alternate infusion suite.
  • Ensure patient safety and continuity of care by working closely with healthcare teams.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and report patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues that may impact patient care.

Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in infusion nursing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
