Comprehensive Nursing Care Specialist

Role Summary:
The Comprehensive Nursing Care Specialist provides high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory care environment. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care strategies to meet the individual needs of patients throughout their lifespan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs.
- Facilitate care coordination by working collaboratively with other healthcare team members.
- Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support clinicians in delivering quality healthcare to patients.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
- Associate's Degree Nursing or Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License or Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 18 months professional nursing experience.
