Become a vital member of Globe Life Inc. as a Licensed Insurance Service Agent. In this position, you will handle both outbound and inbound communications, making informed choices for our esteemed clientele. Your duties will encompass maintaining precise records, adhering to departmental protocols, and providing outstanding service to policyholders and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Skillfully utilize the eService platform to assess customer requirements and preferences.
  • Conduct outbound calls to inform qualified customers about supplementary coverage options.
  • Manage inbound inquiries from current clients interested in enhancing their coverage.
  • Effectively communicate policy advantages to clients.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation.
  • Assist in handling correspondence and resolving policy service discrepancies.

Engagement in Special Projects

Participate in unique assignments that involve extensive outbound communication and fulfilling customer requests, among other responsibilities.

Essential Skills

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

  • Prior experience in customer service and a strong command of telephone communication.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational capabilities.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality standards.
  • Proficiency in recognizing both alpha and numeric data.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • The capacity to perform well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Effective decision-making skills and analytical reasoning.
  • Consistent attendance and dependability.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to multitask.
  • A customer-focused mindset and superior time management skills.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensure in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least one year of customer service experience or in a related field.
  • Preference for over one year of office experience, with a background in telecommunications being beneficial.
  • Familiarity with the operations of the Life and Health insurance sector.

Physical Demands:

Engage in extensive communication via phone and moderate writing tasks. Prolonged use of computers and phones, with extended periods of sitting.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (with potential for overtime)
