Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively utilize the eService platform to assess customer requirements and preferences.
  • Conduct outbound communications to inform eligible clients about additional coverage opportunities.
  • Manage incoming calls from current clients seeking to enhance their coverage.
  • Clearly communicate policy advantages to clients.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation.

Participate in unique assignments that involve extensive outbound communications and fulfilling customer requests, among other responsibilities.

Essential Skills

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum requirement: High School diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensure in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience or in a related professional setting.
  • Preference for 1+ year of office experience, with a background in telecommunications being beneficial.
  • Familiarity with operations in the Life and Health insurance sector.

Physical Requirements:

Engage in extensive communication and moderate writing tasks. Significant use of phones and computers, with prolonged periods of sitting.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (with potential for overtime)
