Position Overview

We are in search of driven Commercial Real Estate Sales Specialists. The ideal candidates will take charge of generating sales opportunities, delivering outstanding customer service, and finalizing agreements across various business sectors, including defeasance, derivatives, hedging, and real estate financial services.

The primary emphasis will be on cultivating new business prospects, nurturing client relationships, and surpassing sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new leads while establishing connections within the commercial real estate sector.
  • Engage in extensive communication through emails and calls, complemented by in-person meetings.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential transactions, negotiating agreements that satisfy all parties involved.
  • Stay informed about market dynamics and competitive landscape, adjusting sales strategies as necessary.
  • Analyze and report on economic, demographic, and other factors influencing commercial real estate markets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering trust with prospective and existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful transactions and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial real estate or financial services sales, demonstrating a successful track record.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and address client inquiries.
  • Proficient in English with strong communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is advantageous.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, maintaining a results-driven approach.
