Role Responsibilities:

As a Showing Representative, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting property showings and engaging with potential buyers
  • Coordinating schedules with clients and our sales team
  • Providing insightful feedback to our agents
  • Ensuring the security of properties after showings
Open House Management:
  • Setting up and preparing for open houses
  • Welcoming guests and showcasing the advantages of our services
  • Distributing marketing materials effectively
  • Documenting visitor inquiries and communicating offers to our agents
  • Maintaining property security during and after events
  • Gathering leads from interested buyers
  • Delivering timely property information to the sales team
  • Complying with company policies and legal standards
