A strong understanding of the local real estate landscape and the ability to foster enduring business relationships are essential.

This position requires a valid real estate license or the willingness to obtain one, and we are here to support you in that journey. By joining our team, you will benefit from ongoing in-person training sessions, mentorship, and coaching. We also provide administrative assistance, social media management, and marketing resources to help you succeed.

The compensation structure is commission-based, offering a lucrative opportunity for individuals with the right sales acumen who are ready to apply our proven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with businesses across various sectors to unlock future growth opportunities.
  • Accompany clients on site visits, articulating the features of properties along with financial and analytical insights.
  • Facilitate client negotiations and transactions, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with legal standards.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and web requests to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research on property maintenance expenses and potential renovation costs to equip clients with comprehensive information prior to purchase negotiations.
Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated and independent.
  • Familiarity with real estate industry practices and leasing terminology.
  • Strong marketing, sales, and advertising skills.
  • Able to connect with diverse personalities.
Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000 annually.
