**Job Description:**

As a Territory Sales Representative at Chemtek, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers, promoting PavePro products and services, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring maximum revenue growth and profitability.
  • Technical Support: Provide exceptional technical support to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues without delay.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven industrial sales experience, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the asphalt construction industry and its products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $56,600 - $76,000, with opportunities for commission and bonus based on performance.

  • The opportunity to work from home 1 day and in the office 4 days, with some overnight travel required.
