Senior Account Manager

Job Summary:
Motorola Solutions is seeking a skilled Sr. Account Manager to join our Enterprise Sales team. As a Sr. Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling Motorola's industry-leading incident management software to new customers and to our existing physical security customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Execute a Comprehensive Business Plan: Develop a business plan for incident management software sales, identifying key players and opportunities for growth.
- Utilize CRM: Leverage our CRM system to build and maintain a strategic account plan, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with key stakeholders.
- Deliver Business Revenue Forecasts: Provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts, supporting the growth and success of our enterprise sales team.
- Penetrate New Accounts: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive sales growth.
- Assist with Marketing Plans: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans, including campaigns, tradeshow events, and sales tools.
- Develop Meaningful Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including trade associations, affinity groups, and industry leaders.
- Work with the North American Sales Team: Collaborate with the North American sales team to identify key partners, integrators, and customers, equipping them with the resources needed to effectively engage with these stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a related field is preferred.
- 5+ Years of Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional sales role, preferably with SaaS-based solutions sales experience.
- Operational and Technical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to contribute to the North America VS&A sales team in developing and executing an effective take-to-market sales strategy.
- Complex Problem-Solving: Skilled at uncovering and understanding complex business problems and developing effective solutions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and company personnel.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment and travel frequently within North America (50% travel).
