NAVA Software Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled SAP Solutions Architect specializing in PTP, MTS, and QM.

Position Summary:

The SAP Solutions Architect serves as a pivotal technical authority responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing SAP solutions that support the financial, procurement, and maintenance functions of a leading LNG enterprise. This role emphasizes the utilization of cutting-edge SAP technologies, including S/4HANA and Business Technology Platform (BTP), to establish effective financial governance, insightful analytics, and data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the technical architecture of comprehensive SAP solutions for Procure to Pay (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Quality Management (QM), ensuring flawless integration with Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) within the SAP S/4HANA framework.
  • Craft solutions tailored to the unique demands of the LNG sector, encompassing hydrocarbon management, asset oversight, and regulatory adherence.
  • Supervise technical implementation initiatives, including system setup, data transition, and integration with other enterprise platforms.
  • Utilize SAP and BTP workflow functionalities to streamline business operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Configure and adapt SAP and non-SAP reporting instruments to deliver real-time insights into financial and operational metrics.
  • Remain updated on the latest SAP innovations, including S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, and SAP Fiori, as well as emerging trends in the energy domain.
  • Collaborate with the SAP Application Management Support (AMS) team to execute necessary configuration modifications.
  • Engage with internal business stakeholders and support teams to plan and conduct user acceptance testing for new and modified processes and system components.
  • Ensure adherence to change control protocols for ongoing modifications, enhancements, and projects while maintaining operational procedures for supported environments.
  • Document all changes and updates to SAP production systems, including associated transports, for audit compliance and optimal system management.
  • Provide technical mentorship and leadership to both functional and technical SAP teams.
  • Guide junior SAP consultants on technical best practices.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support for large-scale integrated solutions, ideally within the LNG or similar industries.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, focusing on SAP MM, PM, and QM modules.
  • Experience in executing 3 full life cycle SAP implementations.
  • Proficient in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM, PM, QM, and SAP FI/CO.
  • Experience in designing and implementing solutions on SAP BTP, including custom workflows and extensions.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven leadership in SAP project execution and management.
  • Skilled in coordinating with IT and/or SAP Project Managers to organize and implement large-scale projects effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and supporting applications within the latest SAP technology environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, empowering members to achieve their objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions on complex business and technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of the S/4HANA 2022 application suite is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM is a plus.
  • Experience working with outsourced Application Management Support (AMS) providers is beneficial.
  • Understanding of SAP integration technologies with external systems, particularly in the energy sector, is a plus.

Certifications:

SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate or Professional) are highly regarded.
