Job Overview:

Position Summary: As a SAP S/4HANA Principal Solution Architect, you will take the lead in guiding a team of S/4HANA Line of Business Workstream Solution Architects. Your primary focus will be to align and streamline a company's operational processes while ensuring the SAP S/4HANA system is utilized to its fullest potential, tailored to meet specific business needs. An equally important aspect of your role will involve collaborating with S/4HANA Line of Business Workstream Solution Architects and SAP BTP and WRICEF Technology Solution Architects to delineate integration points across SAP and non-SAP environments, while spearheading the design, development, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions that fulfill business objectives.

In your capacity as the SAP S/4HANA Principal Solution Architect, you will engage closely with stakeholders to grasp their requirements and convert them into scalable, efficient, and sustainable solutions. Furthermore, you will offer guidance and expertise to project workstream teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Architectural Design: Direct the architectural design of SAP S/4HANA solutions, taking into account business requirements, industry standards, and technical viability. Create solution architectures, blueprints, and technical documentation.
  2. Technical Guidance: Provide technical direction and expertise to project teams. Collaborate with developers, consultants, and business analysts to ensure the effective delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  3. Deployment Oversight: Supervise the deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions, encompassing configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and compliance with quality benchmarks.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with stakeholders across all organizational levels to comprehend their needs, collect feedback, and resolve issues. Communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, and senior management.
  5. Industry Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest advancements in SAP S/4HANA, best practices, and industry trends. Assess new technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance business processes and drive digital transformation.
  6. Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP S/4HANA deployments. Proactively tackle challenges to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • SAP S/4HANA certification is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience as an SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect, with a proven record of successful implementations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Manufacturing.
  • Strong grasp of SAP best practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to propose innovative solutions.
  • Experience in the Process Manufacturing sector is a plus.
  • Project Management experience is an advantage.

Fujitsu offers competitive salaries that are aligned with the specific geographic location of the role. The disclosed salary range has not been adjusted for geographic differentials associated with the location of the position. Compensation decisions are influenced by various factors, including specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparisons to other employees in similar roles. The estimated pay range for this position is $134,260.00 to $193,334.40 USD. This role may also be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company performance and individual contributions.
