Training Development: Conduct super-user training using various delivery methods to cultivate a robust super-user network.

Documentation Management: Prepare, publish, and maintain comprehensive solution documentation.

Multi-tasking Ability: Exhibit the capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, global environment.

Required Skills

Individuals in this role are recognized as subject-matter experts (SMEs) with minimal oversight. Their decisions significantly impact financial, organizational, and functional areas. They possess a broad understanding of business processes and deep IT systems knowledge, acting as architects of solutions from concept to execution.

Strategic Thinking: This role requires strong influencing, facilitation, communication, and leadership skills to drive organizational change.

Experience Requirements: A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in business processes and systems analysis, with at least 5 full SAP implementations involving freight forwarders and transportation management solutions.

Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with PMP certification and S4 HANA experience considered advantageous.
