About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at DISCO. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention across our largest and most complex accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized success plans to drive growth and retention across assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, to ensure alignment and support for DISCO's solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide proactive issue resolution and escalation management to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in client success or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and retention across large and complex accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executive sponsors and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
