About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for in-person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts. Your primary focus will be on scheduling guests to meet with a representative for a presentation, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Wyndham Destinations as a positive and professional brand ambassador
  • Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
  • Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, but not required
  • Must maintain production standards
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
