Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at LandrumHR Solutions. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and selling our PEO and consulting services to businesses and non-profit organizations in the Florida territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the achievement of corporate objectives by individual product line within the territory responsibility and within budgeted financial guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Senior Executives to establish Company/Territory sales goals.
  • Forecast, hit or exceed both personal and team sales goals.
  • Recruit, select, and direct sales staff in meeting or exceeding corporate goals.
  • Ensure accuracy of weekly activity reports and audits commission and expense reports.
  • Initiate, participate in, and supervise on-going training of assigned sales representatives in technical knowledge, competitive knowledge, and sales skills knowledge.
  • Cultivate, develop, and participate in developing a regional networking and associate groups to develop business opportunities.
  • Project a positive image in representing the company to clients and the business community.
  • Prospect for new clients and new referral sourced utilizing the phone, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs as necessary.
  • Understand sales cycle and coaching team to achieve sales goals.
  • Travel within the territory to make in-person contacts with potential clients and assisting team with sales meetings.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of successful b2b sales experience.
  • Minimum 3 years Professional Employer Organization (PEO) sales experience required.
  • 2 years of experience selling to small-medium sized businesses.
  • 2 years managing a b2b sales team required.
  • Proven experience in the consultative sales process.
  • 60% travel required - Between FL, SC, AL, and GA.
  • Must be located in Florida.
