Market Director Revenue Analysis FT Days Leader

Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett, a 196-bed hospital dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care, seeks an experienced Market Director Revenue Analysis Full Time Days to drive SLA/KPIs and ensure client satisfaction.
About the RoleThis position plays a critical role in monitoring reports, identifying trends, and facilitating solutions to address revenue cycle challenges. As a key member of the team, you will own reporting, provide support to the CFO, and work closely with hospital departments to resolve revenue cycle issues.
Responsibilities- Prepare and complete eReserve reports accurately and on time.
- Analyze eReserve data, identify significant trends impacting net revenue, and complete the revenue section of the monthly Performance Summary.
- Monitor, analyze, track, and trend AR disputes to ensure timely resolution.
- Review and approve manual adjustments and refunds to maintain financial integrity.
- Review and approve revenue reclasses to optimize financial performance.
- Assist in analyzing data to verify contract terms have been loaded correctly into MedAssets and claims properly adjudicated during and after managed care negotiations.
- Monitor and review billing, AR, and reconciliation for hospital-specific contracts.
- Collaborate with hospital departments to resolve revenue cycle issues, such as orders, charging, Patient Access, DNFB, DNSP, QS, Disputes, and others.
- Support hospital leadership on revenue cycle issues and facilitate revenue cycle meetings.
- Coordinate and monitor various initiatives, including Leadership Meetings, Chart Audit Meetings, Compliance Meetings, Charge Master reviews, Pass-through invoice retrieval, Complex Case Review meetings, and more.
- Provide exceptional customer service as the point of escalation for revenue-related concerns.
- Serve as an internal consultant for health systems revenue departments, ensuring appropriate charge collection, revenue charging, and billing techniques.
- Oversee the preparation or supervision of Charge Master updates for hospitals, establishing procedures for review and updating of charges.
- Anticipate procedural changes to assure identification and collection of charge items within external and Tenet guidelines.
- Collaborate with Case Management and Medical Records on patient classification issues.
- Keep the CFO and/or Compliance Director informed of any issues or concerns requiring administrative attention in areas of compliance and financial system applications.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in A/R management and/or managed care contracting and analysis, with direct experience directing a multi-facility business office.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
