**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Operations Director to join our team at Culture Amp. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enabling our sales and customer success teams to succeed.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing Revenue Operations teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You will be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of Revenue Operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of revenue growth initiatives
  • Design and implement processes and systems to optimize revenue management, forecasting, and analytics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, sales leaders, and customers

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a related field, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and drive results through data-driven decision making
