Job Overview
Cypress HCM is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our Americas Industry Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving segment pipeline and revenue growth.
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Director with 6+ years of experience in sales/field-facing marketing within the technology sector. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement integrated quarterly segment marketing strategies and plans aligned with sales leadership and sales revenue goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Integrated Quarterly Segment Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize marketing programs that drive segment pipeline and revenue growth.
- Manage Marketing Program Execution: Oversee the execution of marketing programs across the segment team and executional centers of excellence (demand, experiences, campaigns, content, partner).
- Report Back to Stakeholders: Provide regular updates to key stakeholders across the sales and marketing ecosystem on marketing performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, demand marketing, partner marketing, and other teams to develop and execute marketing programs.
- Event Planning and Execution: Own and implement 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many events for your segment/industry.
- Alignment and Enablement: Drive alignment and enablement of the Marketing plan with BDRs and Sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6+ Years of Experience: In sales/field-facing marketing within the technology sector.
- 5+ Years of Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership of marketing strategy/programs.
- ABM Marketing Experience: Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) marketing and/or working in healthcare and life sciences marketing is a plus.
- Strong Communication and Analytical Skills: Be a strong communicator with attention to detail, listen and distill feedback from all levels of the organization, and translate large amounts of data into marketing objectives and tactics.
- Collaborative and Creative Mindset: Ability to work across a large, matrixed organization and influence others to deliver on segment priorities.
- Stakeholder Relationship and Presentation Skills: Strong stakeholder relationship and presentation skills to frequently present to large and small groups across the organization.
- Data Analysis and Event Planning: Experience working with data, planning and executing events, and ABM marketing programs.
- Operational Rigor and Organization Skills: Manage projects across the entire ecosystem while maintaining meaningful communication with sales and marketing leadership.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers an estimated salary range of $73,941 - $145,282 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
