Human Resources Associate

Phyton Talent Advisors is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Associate to join their team in Alpharetta, GA. As a key member of the HR team, this individual will be responsible for managing the intake process for employees requesting reasonable accommodations, ensuring a smooth and confidential experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the intake process for employees requesting reasonable accommodations, ensuring a smooth and confidential experience.
- Collaborate with HR and BU Managers/Leaders to gather pertinent information as part of the interactive process.
- Facilitate communication between employees, managers, the Reasonable Accommodations team, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Document and maintain accurate, appropriate, and timely case notes and status via Firm centralized systems - HRCM and AskHR - from conception to close.
- Manage Reasonable Accommodations case distribution in Firm centralized system - AskHR.
- Escalate pertinent matters as necessary throughout the accommodations process.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the accommodation process.
- Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of the intake and administrative process.
- Provide high-quality operational support to HR Business Partners on both cyclical and ad-hoc HR processes, including entering Workday transactions, handling reporting requests, assisting with audits, and tracking and maintaining employee data and documents.
- Provide day-to-day support for employees and managers on operational HR matters by providing timely, accurate, and thorough responses.
- Project manage planned and ad-hoc activities for the HR Business Partner and/or HRES team, liaising with HR Solutions teams and product areas to deliver HR services to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees.
- Ensure requests are tracked appropriately to completion, logging information into systems and updating information in a timely and accurate manner for the team to track service inquiries, resolutions, and provide metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with preferred years of HR Coordinator/Recruiting experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
- Strong organizational, thorough communication skills.
- Excellent independent judgment, knowing when to escalate.
- Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders.
- Experience dealing with sensitive matters and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in coordinating accommodation requests or similar roles is preferred.
