We are seeking a highly skilled HR Professional to join our team at Northpointe Staffing Professionals. This role provides operational support to our Senior HRBPs, as well as to employees and managers across the Firm on several processes across the employee lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Manage the intake process for employees requesting reasonable accommodations, ensuring a smooth and confidential experience.
Collaborate with HR and BU Managers/Leaders to gather pertinent information as part of the interactive process.
Facilitate communication between employees, managers, the Reasonable Accommodations team, and other relevant stakeholders.
Partner closely with the Reasonable Accommodations team to ensure a seamless process.
Document and maintain accurate, appropriate, and timely case notes and status via Firm centralized systems.
Manage Reasonable Accommodations case distribution in Firm centralized systems.
Escalate pertinent matters as necessary throughout the accommodations process.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the accommodation process.
Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of the intake and administrative process.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with preferred years of HR Coordinator/Recruiting experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
Strong organizational, thorough communication skills.
Excellent independent judgement; knows when to escalate.
Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders.
Experience dealing with sensitive matters and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience in coordinating accommodation requests or similar roles is preferred.
