The compensation offered is determined by various factors including overall experience, relevant qualifications, educational background, certifications, skills, and geographical location.

Position Title: Full-Time Customer Service Sales Representative at Uniqlo Co., Ltd.

Position Summary:

As a Customer Service Sales Representative at Uniqlo Co., Ltd., you will be the primary point of contact for customer interactions within the retail environment. Your responsibilities will include exceeding customer expectations, providing comprehensive product knowledge, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Surpass sales objectives
  • Uphold brand and operational standards
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in accordance with company protocols
  • Assist with various store operations including transaction processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries
  • Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and accessible to customers
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capability to perform basic arithmetic
  • Physical stamina to execute tasks such as lifting and moving items
  • Ability to navigate the sales area effectively
Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of 6 months of experience in retail

Full-Time Availability Expectations:
  • Availability for 32 or more hours weekly
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • No more than two restricted days per week
