Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative & Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, promoting our products and services, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and create a positive first impression for all guests, respond to customer inquiries and concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales: Offer and sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships, BLISS Single Wash Packages, and upgrades, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Site Operations: Ensure all vehicles are loaded correctly and safely onto the conveyor, prep vehicles within company guidelines, and perform after-hours site cleaning.
  • Teamwork: Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, and provide excellent service to ensure a BLISSFUL experience for all guests.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Retail, guest service industry, fast food, or car wash experience preferred but not required.
  • Sales Experience: Prior sales experience is required.
  • Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 15lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work outdoors in fluctuating temperatures and conditions.
