Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in Irvine, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including clerical and administrative functions, to drive company success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with employee events, including planning and execution.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and document preparation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
