About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Account Executive to join our growing outbound sales team. This role involves reporting directly to a Director of Outbound Sales and engaging with sales leaders, business owners, and key decision-makers to promote the value of our product.

Responsibilities
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospects, and tailor solutions to effectively demonstrate the value of our product in enhancing sales efficiency and driving revenue growth.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our product, addressing client pain points, and highlighting its impact on business success.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure to ensure a smooth transition for new clients during the onboarding process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate across functions with sales development, customer success, revenue operations, and marketing teams.
Skillset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ability to identify client needs and customize solutions, positioning our product as an ideal resolution for their business challenges.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals while ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.
  • Comfort with utilizing and presenting technology solutions, with a quick ability to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of 1-3 years in SaaS sales, with a solid grasp of the sales process and a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience conducting virtual product demos via screen share.
  • Experience with pipeline generation and management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesloft, and similar sales technologies.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and strong work ethic.
