Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our merchant base. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and train ISO/Agents and Sales Agents
  • Provide hands-on management and supervision of sales teams
  • Assist the VP of Operations in sales-related matters
  • Develop and implement sales force strategies to support processors, risk management personnel, and underwriters
  • Delegate responsibilities to ensure revenue and profit forecasts are met

Requirements:

  • Five plus years of experience in recruiting ISOs and Sales Agents, with knowledge of FDR – Omaha & Nashville platforms, Tsys, Global Payments, and Fiserv
  • Previous experience in hands-on supervision and management
  • Sales experience dealing with small and high-volume merchants
  • Articulate with strong organizational skills (bi-lingual a plus)
  • Minimum five years of experience in strategizing compensation plans, lead generation, and developing inside/outside sales forces

Compensation:

The salary for this role is $75-$150K per year, negotiable based on industry history and experience.
