Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing, to support the team's productivity and efficiency.
- Provide support to other departments as needed, demonstrating a team-oriented and collaborative approach.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
