Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Coordinator to join our team at My RIA Lawyer. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our law firm.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing office correspondence, including answering phone calls and emails, arranging meetings and travel, and maintaining an inbox and archiving emails. You will also assist with preparing legal documents and contracts, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure our firm runs efficiently.

Key qualifications for this role include a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a law firm or office environment as an administrative assistant or secretary, with a strong background in Microsoft Office products and the ability to type 50 words per minute or faster.
