The Content Creator Engagement Specialist will report directly to the VP of Community and Content, focusing on the management and retention of TMG's content creators across its social media applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with social media influencers and content creators utilizing our suite of applications.
  • Track and assess the performance of content creators on the platform.

  • Participate in industry events and talent discussions outside of standard working hours.

  • Facilitate workshops for creators to educate them on best practices.
  • Conduct monthly discussions with content creators and live streamers to gather and provide feedback.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient knowledge of video and live-streaming platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouNow.
  • Experience in digital media, talent relations, public relations, or marketing.
  • Thorough understanding of social media monetization trends and practices.
  • Experience in a startup or dynamic work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with event planning is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
