Position Overview:
Talent Software Services is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer with expertise in LabView for a contract role. This position offers an opportunity to engage in innovative testing processes and contribute to high-quality product validation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Auto Test Sequences and Test Cases utilizing LabView.
- Maintain and enhance LabView-based software simulators.
- Automate and improve LabView-based testing setups for PCBA manufacturing.
- Design and refine LabView test boxes to support software and PCBA testing.
- Create and maintain additional LabVIEW programs to facilitate comprehensive software testing.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an accredited institution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated experience in Test Automation using Python and LabVIEW (NI tools).
- Familiarity with printed circuit board testing and embedded software systems.
- Skilled in developing and managing Test Environments and Equipment for Embedded Systems.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, CAN, RS-232, and RS-485.
- Extensive understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and various testing methodologies.
- Experience in crafting Test Cases, Procedures, and Scripts based on Requirements and Functional Specifications.
- Proficient in hardware/software integration.
- Knowledge of Source Control and Code Collaboration tools (e.g., Git, SVN) and Issue Tracking software (e.g., JIRA, TFS).
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively based on project needs.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
