Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Access Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct them to their requested destination.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as sorting mail, faxes, and troubleshooting office equipment.
  • Customer Service: Respond to general questions and inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to further a positive institutional image.
  • Supply Management: Maintain department directories, visitation logs, and order supplies as requested by department leadership.
  • Professional Development: Maintain a professional appearance and pleasant demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills: General knowledge of office procedures and operations, data entry with minimal errors, and ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
