About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to drive our business-to-consumer (B2C) digital marketing strategies within the North American lottery market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement B2C digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, affiliate marketing, retention marketing, loyalty programs, and customer relationship management (CRM) to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue goals.
  • Lead and Build a High-Performing Team: Build and coach a customer-focused digital marketing team to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Innovate and Optimize Customer Engagement: Oversee the development and execution of marketing plans for existing iLottery customers, ensuring effective targeting and activation.
  • Collaborate and Drive Business Development: Work closely with the business development team to win new business, including iLottery and non-iLottery ventures.
  • Leverage Marketing Technology: Direct and guide the automation of personalized customer journeys using existing marketing technology.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes and communication across the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in business-to-consumer digital marketing strategies, including acquisition, affiliate marketing, retention marketing, loyalty programs, and CRM with 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience within the iLottery/iGaming industry.
  • Skills: Experience in customer journey mapping and marketing automation, ability to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with customers, employees, management, and executives, demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change, and delegate responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay Range

$165,377-$307,130

Pay Rate Type

Salary

Our goal is to pay a market-competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
