- Over 10 years of experience in B2C digital marketing strategies, including customer acquisition, affiliate marketing, retention, loyalty programs, and CRM, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- At least 5 years of experience in the iLottery/iGaming sector.
- Proficient in customer journey mapping and marketing automation.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers, team members, management, and executives.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change, and delegate tasks efficiently.
- Proven analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities, with strong negotiation skills to influence positive outcomes.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
