Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience in B2C digital marketing strategies, including customer acquisition, affiliate marketing, retention, loyalty programs, and CRM, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the iLottery/iGaming sector.
  • Proficient in customer journey mapping and marketing automation.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers, team members, management, and executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change, and delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Proven analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities, with strong negotiation skills to influence positive outcomes.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
