Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and innovative Director of Digital Customer Acquisition Marketing to spearhead our business-to-consumer (B2C) digital marketing efforts within the North American lottery sector. This pivotal leadership position will emphasize customer acquisition, affiliate marketing, retention strategies, loyalty initiatives, and customer relationship management (CRM). The ideal candidate will possess a solid history of crafting and implementing digital marketing strategies that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, while meeting defined KPIs and annual revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Development and Execution: Formulate and execute B2C digital marketing strategies centered on customer acquisition, affiliate marketing, retention, loyalty programs, and CRM to fulfill KPIs and revenue objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a customer-centric digital marketing team to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational goals.
  • Customer Engagement Innovation: Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing plans for current iLottery customers, ensuring precise targeting and activation.
  • Collaboration for Business Growth: Partner closely with the business development team to secure new business opportunities, including both iLottery and non-iLottery projects.
  • Utilization of Marketing Technology: Guide the automation of personalized customer journeys through existing marketing technologies.
  • Operational Excellence: Promote operational efficiency by refining processes and enhancing communication within the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience in B2C digital marketing strategies, encompassing acquisition, affiliate marketing, retention, loyalty programs, and CRM, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the iLottery/iGaming sector.
  • Proficient in customer journey mapping and marketing automation techniques.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers, employees, management, and executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Proven analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities, with strong negotiation skills and a track record of achieving positive outcomes.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications.

Travel Requirements Up to 25% Compensation Range $165,377-$307,130 Compensation Type Salary
