This pivotal leadership position will concentrate on customer acquisition, affiliate marketing, retention strategies, loyalty initiatives, and customer relationship management (CRM).
The ideal candidate will possess a robust history of crafting and implementing digital marketing plans that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, while achieving set KPIs and annual revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Design and execute B2C digital marketing strategies aimed at customer acquisition, affiliate marketing, retention efforts, loyalty programs, and CRM to meet KPIs and revenue objectives.
- Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Assemble and mentor a customer-centric digital marketing team to foster revenue growth and fulfill business goals.
- Enhance Customer Engagement: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing strategies for current iLottery customers, ensuring precise targeting and activation.
- Collaborate for Business Development: Partner closely with the business development team to secure new business opportunities, including both iLottery and non-iLottery projects.
- Utilize Marketing Technology: Direct the automation of personalized customer journeys through existing marketing technologies.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Promote operational efficiency by refining processes and enhancing communication within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Over 10 years of experience in B2C digital marketing strategies, including customer acquisition, affiliate marketing, retention marketing, loyalty programs, and CRM, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the iLottery/iGaming sector.
- Expertise in customer journey mapping and marketing automation.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with customers, employees, management, and executives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities, with demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to influence positive outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
